I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for six months, and it felt like it would never go away. Visiting Core Chiropractor has been one of the best decisions for my health and overall well-being. I used to have to get up from my desk every few minutes because of the pain, but now I can sit without discomfort, just like a regular person.Dr. West is fantastic—he’s knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. He not only helped eliminate my persistent pain but also provided exercises to improve both my lower back and neck posture after discovering my forward neck posture through an x-ray.I’ve also seen Dr. Castillo a few times, and she’s great too—she really knows what she’s doing, even though I’m not her regular patient! The front desk staff, Jenny and Emily, are always welcoming and friendly, which makes each visit a positive experience.One thing I’ve learned is that your progress really depends on how consistently you attend appointments and do the exercises. Dr. Castillo is more than just a chiropractor; she’s a wellness wizard! Dr. Castillo is incredible. She listens to your concerns and does a great job at explaining every step of the process. Everyone at the front desk is super nice as well. I like that they have doable and flexible time slots for appointments (during typical lunch break hours and after 5). I definitely recommend CORE Chiropractic.

Personable and professional. I’ve been seeing Core staff for several years; initially at their St. James place location and now at Greenway Place. I love that post adjustment they use a traction bed which places like the Joint do not offer.
